FAQ
ContactQ: HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?
Please email welcome@thearchiveuk.com for all enquires including, ordering, shipping, careers and PR.
Q: How do I know what size fits me?
Please refer to the size guide and fit comments on the product before ordering. If you’re still unsure, email welcome@thearchiveuk.com with your measurements and desired pieces so we can advise you to the best of our ability. We aim to respond within 2 working days.
Q: When will preorder items be shipped?
As our collections sell out quickly, we offer our pieces on pre order so our Archive Girls can reserve their favourites. The estimated date an item on preorder will be shipped is on the product page. The shipping method you choose at the checkout will be how your order is shipped when ready.
Q: How can I ensure I get access to a collection before it sells out?
We offer our Archive Girls early access to our collections. To join us, please sign up to our mailing list at the bottom of this page - we’re not annoying, we don’t spam.
Q: How do I know if you are restocking a sold out item?
We offer limited runs of restocks to reduce the risk of overproduction. To know when an item is back in stock, sign up to our back in stock notifications on the product page and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s back. If the option is not available on the product, we won’t be restocking.
Q: An item I ordered is missing.
Please check any recent emails to you - you may have received a 'backordered' email which may mean that part of your order is currently out of stock and will be shipped when in stock. Please email us with your order number if this isn’t the case.
Q: Do you offer free delivery?
We offer free standard delivery on all domestic orders over £150.
Q: How fast can I receive my order?
We offer a range of shipping options at checkout providing both cost effective and fast shipping time frames. Delivery operating hours are between Monday-Friday 10am-6pm. Our processing time is up to 2 working days after your order is placed (in stock pieces). For domestic orders, our free standard shipping can take up to 5 working days. For orders to the EU, our standard free shipping can take up to 12 working days. For orders to the USA and worldwide, our standard free shipping can take up to 15 working days. We are not responsible for any courier delays with delivery however we will do our best to work with the courier to speed up the process of your delivery once you have notified us.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Once you have reached the checkout, you will have a variety of options available to you based on your shipping address.
Q: Will I have to pay duties and taxes?
If you are placing an international order, please ensure that you’ve filled in your proper address. Please note that we are not liable for custom clearance fees that you may have to pay in your country and holding times of packages by customs in your country. This is unfortunately out of our control. Please do not reject/refuse a delivery due to customs fees. If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees, there will be a return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal.
Q: Can I change my shipping method?
Once the package has been shipped out, we can’t change the method. If you would like to change before this stage, please email us at welcome@thearchiveuk.com and we will do our best to help.
