Didn't work out? You can return eligible items straight from your account. Here's everything you need to know.

Sign in to your account and open the order you'd like to return.

Select the pieces you're sending back and tell us why.

Follow the instructions to return your parcel and track your refund.
our returns policy
- return window
Start your return within 21 days of your order arriving. Once approved, post it back within 7 days.
- condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags and any hygiene seals still attached, in their original packaging. Items shipped with washing bags must include the unused bag in the return.
- non-returnable
For hygiene and made-to-order reasons we can't accept returns on pierced jewellery, intimates, or custom Archive pieces. Items marked final sale are not returnable.
- refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- exchanges
We offer free delivery on the exchanged item. The return postage is arranged and paid by you.
- return postage
Return postage is arranged and paid by you unless your item arrived faulty or incorrect. Keep your proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.
- faulty or incorrect items
If something arrived faulty or you received the wrong item, email welcome@thearchiveuk.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
